We use confluence already for some years and therefore we have quite some FAQ spread across different space. I like the Confluence Question solution but I do have a challenge. Do we either move these FAQ to Confluence Questions or do we keep the FAQ and duplicate the questions into Confluence Questions and put a link to the original wiki page as answer.
I still like the FAQ in a space because the FAQ is a part of something bigger. But I also like the power of Confluence Questions, the way the community can easily contribute. It would be great if a FAQ in a space could be made available in Confluence Questions without duplication of data.
I see current different options but there might be others
- A data synchronization between page and answer.
- Confluence Questions shows the content of wiki page automatically if a wiki link is posted as answer
