    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

We use confluence already for some years and therefore we have quite some FAQ spread across different space. I like the Confluence Question solution but I do have a challenge. Do we either move these FAQ to Confluence Questions or do we keep the FAQ and duplicate the questions into Confluence Questions and put a link to the original wiki page as answer.

I still like the FAQ in a space because the FAQ is a part of something bigger. But I also like the power of Confluence Questions, the way the community can easily contribute. It would be great if a FAQ in a space could be made available in Confluence Questions without duplication of data.

I see current different options but there might be others

      • A data synchronization between page and answer.
      • Confluence Questions shows the content of wiki page automatically if a wiki link is posted as answer
