Built-in profile picture breaks on upgrade due to change in file format from .png to .gif

      Upgrade from 2.5.x (or before) to 2.6.0 or 2.6.1

      To replicate:
      1) On 2.5.8, select a built-in profile picture
      2) Upgrade to 2.6
      3) The image will display as a broken image

      The problem appears to be due to the fact that /confluence/images/profilepics/xxx.png has changed to /confluence/images/profilepics/xxx.gif.

      It is possible to re-select the image for each individual user.
