      Issue Summary

      The keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + Shift + M) allow users to set the highlighted text to Monospace, but the shortcut doesn't work on a Windows environment regardless of browser type.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Setup Confluence version 9.x
      2. On a Windows machine, create a new page and insert a line of text
      3. Highlight the text and type in the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl + Shift + M

      Expected Results

      The highlighted text will be set to Monospace format

      Actual Results

      The highlighted text is not set to Monospace format but remains unchanged.

      Workaround

      Manually selecting the "Monospace" format from the top editor bar still works.
