Issue Summary

Display a password policy banner when a user attempts to change the password using an incorrect format, similar to the banner that admins receive when they try to change users' passwords.
When the password policy is enabled in Confluence, manage password strength. Currently, when a user enters a password in an incorrect format, it is simply shown as "invalid password." It would be beneficial to inform the user that they are using an incorrect format and provide the correct format, as the current message does not clearly communicate the password requirements, leading to confusion and repeated support requests. Improving the clarity of password guidelines could significantly reduce user frustration and support overhead.
