Copying a heading link containing special characters to another page results in the link being displayed in an encoded format

      When you create headings containing special characters (e.g., ~!@#$%^&*()_+) and copy their links using the functionality introduced in Confluence 9.1, the generated URL includes the expected encoding for these characters.

      However, when this URL is pasted into another page, the link text is automatically formatted but retains the encoded version of the special characters. It would be much more user-friendly if these characters were decoded back into their original form for the link text.

      In the current state, the link text must be manually adjusted to make it more human-readable.
