Issue Summary

The boldness of the texts are located in the list is different after making them bold by highlighting them and without highlighting them.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add texts as a list
3. Highlight one of the texts and click the bold button on the text editor
4. Move the cursor to another text and make it bold without highlighting it.

After the above steps, the texts’ boldness are different, and the HTML objects seem like below;

Without Highlighting

<li><strong>Withouthighlight</strong></li>

With Highlighting

<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Withhighlight</strong></li>

Expected Results

The boldness of the texts should be the same by having the same HTML structure.

Actual Results

The boldness of the texts are different.

Workaround

Make the text in the list bold by highlighting it to have the same HTML elements for all texts to have the same boldness.
