Issue Summary
External Jira Gadgets do not load inside a Page properties Report macro.
Description
Issue Summary
External Jira gadgets inside a Confluence Page properties report macro will fail to load. The external Jira gadget loads successfully when placed directly on the page/on the base "Page Properties" macro.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an application link between Jira and Confluence
- For Confluence 9.2.0+, install the Gadgets for Confluence app from Atlassian Marketplace
- Link External Gadgets to your Jira instance from the Confluence Administration » External Gadgets
- In Confluence, create a new page that has a Page properties macro
- Insert a simple table within the macro with 2 rows and 2 columns (including headers)
- Enter column titles of Title and Progress
- Within the table, create a macro for an external Jira gadget (e.g. Issue Statistics) under the Progress cell
- The gadget will render on the child page

- Label the page with testlabel
- Create another page with the Page properties report macro for page label testlabel
Expected Results
The external Jira gadget will render on the Page properties report macro.
Actual Results
The external Jira gadget appears blank within the Page properties report macro ![]()
Workaround
Clicking on any column header (i.e. sort by that column) will force the external Jira gadget to display in the Page properties report macro.
