Issue Summary

The keyboard combination (Strg + Umsch + M) doesn't work for Monospace on the German Keyboard in the Windows environment as a DE language client. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a Windows environment and change the input language to DE
2. Launch a Confluence 9.2 env
3. Use the Windows environment to prepare the virtual keyboard if there is no physical DE keyboard available:
   1. Click the Start button.
   2. Type On-Screen Keyboard.
   3. Click on the result to open it.
4. Type (Strg + Umsch + M) can confirm this combination doesn't work for Monospace.

Expected Results

Shortcut key combinations should be consistent across different keyboard languages 

Actual Results

• (Strg + ) doesn't work for Clear all formatting does not work
• (Strg + Umsch + M) doesn't work for Monospace does not work

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
