Content Tree not Display in Anonymous Custom Exports

      Issue Summary

      The content tree is not displayed when exporting as an anonymous user.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Allow anonymous access to the system.
      2. As an anonymous user, navigate to Space Tools -> Content Tools -> Export.
      3. Select Custom Export.

      The below warning is thrown in the atlassian-confluence.log file:

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
