      • Backup and restore

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change the user locale to a different locale (UK to US) or (US to UK)
      2. Check the date string in the rebuild index, backup restore, or emoji upload

      Expected Results

      The date string should be in user locale format

      Actual Results

      The date string is in browser locale format

      Workaround

      Change the the browser locale.
