Issue Summary
When the page is long enough to scroll, the title overlaps with the components in the body of the page.
This happens when the page is resized, but it is gone when the page is refreshed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page with enough text to scroll down
- Access the page and resize it(mostly decreasing the width)
- Scroll down and you will see the title overlaps with a header-title
- Refresh the page and the issue is gone
Expected Results
To scroll without text overlapping
Actual Results
Title overlaps with body.
Workaround
Once the page is resized, refresh the page.
More information
I attached a simple video that shows the issue:
I tested this in 8.5, 9.0.1, 9.2.2 and 9.4. It does not happen in 8.5 and 9.0.1.
