Issue Summary

Editor with inline comments shows duplicated items in macro autocomplete dialog

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page with text and save
2. Add inline comment and save
3. Edit page
4. Refresh page
5. Type { to show macro autocomplete dropdown

Expected Results

Should show items each once

Actual Results

Items are duplicated

Workaround

Go to View page and click edit
