{html-include} not being process before a table is outputted

      Take the following example:

      Simple Table Bleh
      Field 1 Field 2
      {html-include:http://www.google.com/}|Field 4|

      Id put a test on confluence.atlassian.com, but the {html-include}

      macro is disabled - as you would expect it to be! Basically the table is built and the

      {html-include}

      is outputted after the table.
