Unauthenticated AppLink Jira may cause issue on adding Jira Events into Team Calendar

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Confluence with Application Links to more than one Jira
   • use OAuth as the authentication methods for both Jira
2. Pick one user and perform OAuth Dance only for one Jira
   • At this point, the user would be able to access Jira details (eg: Projects, Issue Created Date, Issue Summary, etc.) within Confluence. For the one Jira that has performed OAuth dance
3. Attempt to add a new Jira event type in Team Calendar
   • Jira Agile Sprints is used in this example

Expected Results

Any Jira event types can be inserted as expected

Actual Results

The "OK" button may not light up, if the first Jira option is unauthenticated (hence failing to retrieve Jira Project details)

As different versions of Team Calendar will be bundled with different versions of Confluence, the behavior may not be identical across different versions.
This bug is about when Confluence failed to retrieve Project details from Jira, the pop-up for adding new Jira event type will not work as expected.

Workaround

Making sure all the Jira that is linked to Confluence are authenticated via the OAuth Dance so that Confluence has no issue retrieving Project details from any Jira.

OAuth with Impersonation shall not encounter this bug, as there is no need for OAuth Dance in this authentication method.
