Provide an interface to customize Team Calendar email reminders subject and content.

Why This Is Important

1. Users may have internal email policies to comply with.
2. Users will be able to add important information to the email subject providing a better experience for their recipients.
3. Users will be able to modify the email reminder content to include additional details on the Event notified.

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
