Built-in foreign languages(German and French) in Confluence 2.6.0 is not translated well

      It appears that some part of the Confluence instance are not translated fully when the shipped in German or French language is used.
      For example:
      Dashboard's "Recently Updated" title

      1. French language translated the tile
      2. German language does not translate appropriately (please see attachment, Dashboard.jpg)

      Global permission

      1. both the German and French Language do not translate the "Grant browse permission to" session (please see attachment, Permission.jpg)
