      The 'next' and 'previous' links do not work correctly on the alphabetical page list when no 'startsWith' letter is selected.

      If you are viewing the list of all pages in the space and click the 'next' link it displays the next 30 beginning with 'A' rather than any starting letter, the 'previous' link will then show that Confluence is doing 'startsWith=a' instead of 'startsWith='.

      I suspect that this bug probably stems from the CONF-8952 fix that defaults 'startsWith' to a if it's not a letter.
