Issue Summary
The “Insert files and images” text is inappropriately defined as heading level 2.
Note: Similar issue is observed for the macros such as "Table of Contents" ,"Children Display" ,"Info" & "Recently Updated"
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "Confluence DC" page.
- Navigate to "Create" button and select it.
- Navigate to “Insert more content” button and select it.
- Navigate to "Files and images" option and activate it
- A "Insert files and images" modal dialog will appear over the screen.
- Using screen reader, pull up the list of Headings.
- Observe that the mentioned text has incorrect heading mark-up as per visual hierarchy.

Actual Result
Heading structure is found to be inappropriate on the page. Text such as "Insert files and images" is coded as <h2>. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page's content structure.
Expected Result
The heading levels should be defined as per visual hierarchy of the page to enable screen reader users in understanding the page structure.
In this scenario ,markup the heading text such as "Insert files and images” using <h1> tag

Workaround
