Issue Summary

When trying to upgrade pocketknife-querydsl dependency to the latest version on Confluence apps due to the release of Confluence 9 it throws an exception which looks like it is incorrectly constructing the querydsl SQLQueryFactory.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade pocketknife-querydslfrom version 7.0.0 to version 8.0.0
2. Build the plugin
3. Run the plugin on Confluence

Expected Results

Latest pocketknife-querydsl version to work with Confluence 9

Actual Results

Latest pocketknife-querydsl version does not work in Confluence 9
