Synchrony should come with diagnostic logs and GC logs enabled

      Problem

      It's difficult to troubleshoot the synchrony JVM performance when you don't have any logs to work with. Taking time to enable them.

      Having these enabled by default, would help the support teams also decreasing the troubleshooting time.

      Suggested Solution

      Enable the Garbage Collection logs by default.

      Enable synchrony diagnostic logs by default.

      Why This Is Important

      Improve troubleshooting times for customer and support teams.

      Workaround

      Minimum version: 7.20
