When copying and pasting a Web image in a Confluence page, this is not added as an Attachment as it refers to an externally located image.

As the image source could be taken down or unavailable, it would be great to have an option to save those externally referred images.  Such options could be:

• Add an option for admins to enable a default value to add all images as attachments
• Add an option to download all web images in a page/space/site as attachments.
• Add an option to enable users to select to add it as an attachment when they are pasting the image.

Please note that this would be useful when migrating sites too.
