Issue Summary

When dragging and dropping a thumbnail of an attachments in edit mode it disappear if it's not dropped on the exact location at the beginning of the line, this creates confusion as the behaviour is inconsistent in edit mode, see the enclosed video

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a page >> Edit
2. Upload an attachment by dragging/dropping to the page
3. A thumbnail of the attachment is created automatically
4. Drag and drop the thumbnail of the attachment to a different location of the page
5. Notice that sometimes it disappears

Expected Results

Dragging and dropping content in the page editor should be consistent, images should disappear no matter what location they are dropped to in the page

Actual Results

Dragging and dropping content in the page editor is inconsistent, thumbnails of attachments disappear sometimes

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
