Confluence currently does not have official support for Azure MySQL Flexible Server.

Azure Database for MySQL - Single Server is on the retirement path and is scheduled for retirement by September 16, 2024.

Suggested Solution

Add official support for Azure Database for MySQL - Flexible Server.

Note that Azure MySQL Single Server is not currently supported for Confluence
