This request seeks to enable the import of site backups in CSV format from Confluence Cloud into Confluence Data Center.

Starting in 2024, Confluence site exports (backups) are now generated in CSV format instead of XML. This change, internally referred to as the "Mplus" site backup, was implemented to more reliably and efficiently manage large volumes of data from Confluence instances. In some cases, using CSV is the only feasible method for backing up a Confluence site, as the previous XML solution could not complete the backup process.

Please provide a mechanism that allows administrators to import site backups taken from the Cloud in CSV format. This change is crucial because some sites can't be backed up using XML, even though it is technically possible to revert to the XML backup solution.
