We have a space with no space admin. When I try and make a user and admin or make a group an admin, I get the following error:

The following error(s) occurred:

You are not allowed to remove all the Administration Permissions for this space.

When I talked to support on the phone, they mentioned that it was probably a database issue, but told me not to edit the database directly. I'm trying to figure out how to edit the database indirectly to solve this problem. Will an export/import of the space fix the issue? I can't upload the zip of the space because the content is highly confidential.
