Issue Summary

New lines will be added automatically, if there are heading rows in a cell, and insert an image into the cell.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Insert a table of 1 × 1
3. Add below text int the cell

   aaa
   bbb
   

4. Make above with heading format(such as, Heading 3 )
5. Insert a image after 'aaa'
6. Save the page

Expected Results

No extra new line break added 

Actual Results

New line break will be added automatically as below screenshot

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
