Image thumbnail links on dashboard recently updated don't use context path in URL

      Clicking on image preview in Recently updated causes HTTP 400 server error, because image URL generated is http://server/download/attachments/123456/image.jpg instead of http://server/*app*/download/attachments/123456/image.jpg.
