Store Page fails when page is renamed.

      Trying to rename a page using the storePage method fails with the following exception :

      Server: You can't change an existing page's title or space.

      However i can rename the page using the web interface.

            This was complicated by the fact that in the web UI, you had the ability to confirm all the link-rewriting that would happen as the result of the rename.

            For the time being, we'll just assume that renaming a page remotely will necessarily rewrite all links to that page.
