Non-Latin (i18n) characters in noformat and code macros are rendered as hashes (pound signs) in PDF export

      PDF version of page with noformat and/or code macro does not look correctly.

      For example, for page with text:

      {noformat}
      абвгдежзик
      {noformat}

      {code}
      абвгдежзик
      {code}
      --8<--------------------------------------

      PDF will contain:
      --8<--------------------------------------
      ##########
      ##########
      --8<--------------------------------------

            While this is the older issue, there has been more activity on CONF-9831 so this one will be closed as a duplicate.
