Issue Summary

The lock icon on restricted pages should be red, but it is currently displayed in black.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add View and edit restrictions on the page
3. Save the page

Expected Results

1. Once the page is saved, on the UI , we should see a lock icon in red

Actual Results

1. Once the page is saved, on the UI , we should see a lock icon in red, but it is currently displayed in black. When the lock icon is in red, it would be easy to identify there are read and edit restrictions on the page

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
