!! wiki notation doesn't seem to work for attached bmps in 2.6

      Prior to our 2.6 upgrade the annotation worked, now it fails with an error.

      Unable to embed resource: QATesting02.bmp of type application/octet-stream

      Attached is the problem file. The work around is to use the complete URL to the attachment. Glitch in mime types with the embedded Tomcat in 2.6?
