This was raised in support case CSP-12373.

I was just wondering if there is a way to set up an expiration date on a page or document, and then receive an email before the page or document is about to expire.

This way we can make sure that a document or page does not become outdated.

      Regards,

      Chris

An information page displaying a detailed view of all such dates and pages would be a great addition along with what is being requested.

As a consequence simply displaying 'Expired' on the page as a doc status would be great.

+1. We need a feature like this. Documentation needs continuous updating and with everything living forever you end up with a big mess.

To Expand on this once a document does expire it should move that page(Document) to a Sub folder in the space called Expired Documents. Expired documents should not be included in search unless you select a checkbox that says "Include Expired Documents"

Need this. A lot of technology related document can get out dated pretty often and there should be a way for us to know which documents are these. A way to expire a page so that it forces Admin to revisit and update the page, set a new expiry date and publish, would be really useful.
