I've attached an image that demonstrates what imported Jira portlets end up looking like when they are subsequently exported to PDF from Confluence. Issues include:

1. Coloration is largely lost. ( remains only in images. )
2. Extra wireframes appear in the PDF version
3. Graph bars are all the same length.
4. Graph bars are shorter than the rows that contain them.

We've seen the same behavior in several versions of PDF viewer.
