"Link Properties-Popup" looks broken in classic-based themes (left nav, clickr, classic)

    Description

      When used from within the "Rich-text editor" mode, the "Link Properties" pop-up does not render correctly.
      The problem has been observed when using the "Confluence Classic", "Left Navigation" and "Clickr" themes.
      The pop-up displays correctly for the "Default" theme.
      It can be reproduced both in Fifefox and IE.
