If you enable user signup and Captcha for Spam Prevention, even entering a correct captcha results in The typed word did not match the text in the picture.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable user signup
2. Enable Captcha for Spam Prevention
3. Create a user using user sign up

Expected Results

User is able to signup and captcha works with correct captcha is entered
