    Description

When rendering a calendar in Confluence v2.6, the calendar is not rendered correctly.
There is a wheel spinning continuously towards the top, next to the "Time-Zone" link as well as next to the "Add a Calendar" link. The wheel keeps spinning till the time the page is open in the "View" mode.
Additionally, the indentation and alignment of the calendar is inappropriate as the Calendar extends from left to right across the page and covers the entire screen, with the actual calendar aligned towards the left of the screen and a blank panel towards its right.
There are no errors in the logs.
Tested and reproduced this on IE and FireFox.
Please review the attached screenshots for more details.
