Colour of Lock for restrictions is not of red colour as it used to be

Environment

Confluence 8.9.3

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a page
• Apply restrictions to the page and check the colour of the lock
• Below is the image which shows element of the page as well, the colour code is striked 
•  

Expected Results

• Expected is a red colour lock when a page is restricted 
• As it used to be in 7.19.21
• 

Actual Results

When a page is restricted the lock is still grey but not red as it used to be
