Issue Summary

Using dynamic functions as NOW() or TODAY() in the Excel file, Office Excel Macro displays them based on the server timezone

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Excel file and put NOW() function into one cell. It will show the current time like ’6/26/2024 14:57:52’
2. Upload the file to a Confluence and the NOW() function shows the time as '6/26/2024 12:58:24’

Expected Results

Office Excel Macro should render dynamic functions like NOW() and TODAY() based on user profile or system timezone.

Actual Results

Office Excel Macro renders dynamic functions like NOW() and TODAY() based on server time.
