7.19 LTS End of Life/EOL date is wrongly displayed in the Troubleshooting and support tools page

      Issue Summary

      In Confluence Data Center 7.19 LTS version End of Life/EOL date is wrongly captured as 28-Jul-2024/31-Oct-2024 in the Troubleshooting and support tools page. Logs also show the incorrect date.

      Correct EOL date as per Atlassian Support End of Life Policy is extended until 13 Dec 2024.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Setup any Confluence 7.19 instance
      2. Go to General configuration > Troubleshooting and support tools > Administration > End of life

      Expected Results

      Correct EOL date as per Atlassian Support End of Life Policy is 31 Oct 2024 should be displayed

      Actual Results

      EOL date is wrongly displayed as 28-Jul-2024/31-Oct-2024.

      The incorrect date is shown in the atlassian-confluence.log file also:

      2024-06-10 14:43:13,111 WARN [Caesium-1-3] [troubleshooting.healthcheck.concurrent.SupportHealthCheckProcess] lambda$getCompletedStatuses$0 Health check 'End of Life' failed with severity 'warning': 'The End of Life date for Confluence version 7.19 is 28-Jul-2024. To ensure you're still fully supported, you should upgrade before this date.' 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

      Resolution

      Please update Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools app in Confluence Administration » Manage Apps to at least v1.59.1.
