We need to improve the performance & quality of Confluence.
From a quick glance at an installation on Oracle
select count
from user_indexes where table_name='CONTENT' it appears that we only create two indices on the CONTENT table!
This is not optimal - we cater for around 5 content types in the content table (at least) so something is running more slowly than it should.
Confirm if this is accurate. Plan indexing on CONTENT (and other central tables) to improve performance.
