Error 1053 when stopping Conlfuence running as Windows Service

      Problem

      After upgrading from 7.19.x to 8.5.x on COnfluence, customers started to face an issue when stopping the Confluence service on Windows Services Management.
      They are getting error 1053. Even after recreating the service during the upgrade process.

      Environment

      Windows Server 2016
      Running Confluence as a service.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Not able to reproduce locally

      Expected Results

      Confluence service stopped successfully without errors.

      Actual Results

      Error 1053 shows that the service was not stopped. But the service is stopped after a while, without any action.

      Workaround

      User the command NET STOP <service Name> on the command prompt.
