Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
The Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA) requires an update during the pre-flight checks before a migration is possible. However, upgrading the app needs to be done manually by uploading a jar file.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Confluence Server.
- Go to Administration > Manage apps.
- Select Manage apps.
- Filter by 'System' and Search for Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
Expected Results
It's possible to select the 'Update' button.
Actual Results
It's not possible to select the 'Update' button. Only the 'disable' button is shown.
The below warning is thrown in the atlassian-confluence.log file:
need to be updated after getting the Support Zip File
Workaround
- Install the latest or specific CCMA version manually from Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
- Upload the jar file by following Updating apps by file upload.
