MS Word (and even PDF) enables me to insert a comment at a specific place on a page. I can directly connect my comment to the spot on the page.

In Confluence, it looks like I can either add content, or I can add a comment in the discussion page. However, I want to add comments inline directly in the source file, just as I do in Word.

This feature is critical for enabling efficient reviews of technical document created in Confluence.
