Allow '+' in the filename

      Confluence should allow to upload attachment file name containing these characters (&, +, ?, | or =). Currently this behavior is not allowed and the following error occurred:

      ... contains illegal characters (&, +, ?, | or =). You cannot upload files with names containing these characters.
