Description
Issue Summary
The automated column header does not have a heading, moreover it is not editable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Create" button from header section.
- Create a new page.
- Add a table from toolbar options.
- Navigate to "Insert numbering column" button.
- Using screen reader, try to access the new ly added header.
- Verify that it is not accessible for the users.

Actual Results
The automated number column (add a table> hit the "Insert numbering column" button> observe that new column gets added) does not have a header text. Moreover, it is not even editable.
As a result, the functionality associated with the column header is not accessible for the users, they will not able make any changes in the mentioned table header.
Expected Results
Ensure that the automated column header should have a by default text and make it editable so that user can update it.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
