Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach a .docx Word file to a page
2. As User1 Open the page >> click on the thumbnail >> click on Edit
3. As User2 Open the page in another session/browser >> click on the thumbnail >> click on Edit >> Make some changes, then click save, Click Upload in the companion window >> File is uploaded successfully
4. As User1, make some changes to the same file that is still open in Word, then click save >> Click Upload in the companion window >> File is stuck at 0% uploading

Logs don't show any errors

Expected Results

The newer version of the file should be uploaded successfully

Actual Results

The newer version of the file is never uploaded and the progress bar is stuck at 0%

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
