Issue Summary
When asking a new question on Questions for Confluence the user is taken to a Page Not Found page:
The URL has the following URL:
http(s)://<confluence-base-URL>/cq/
The same behavior happens when a user tries to answer a pre-existing question, but this time they're taken to the following URL:
http(s)://<confluence-base-URL>/cq/flashId=<XXXXXX>
When refreshing the Space's questions after being taken to the Page Not Found screen we can confirm that the questions have been successfully created/answered.

Expected Results
