Default Desktop View on tablets and smartphones

      Issue Summary

      The mobile browser view on tablets and smartphones is not user-friendly.

      The desktop view is much better. A feature that allows users to use the desktop view automatically when accessing Confluence from a tablet or smartphone, without the user having to click on the "Switch to Desktop View" button will be helpful.
