Issue Summary

The Recent Activity section of Content Indexing page is not updated when Confluence language is set to non Engish languages (like Deutsch, suomi etc.). The audit logs pertaining to reindex are also not updated. 

However, the actual reindex process is successful which can be seen from the logs.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Confluence DC
2. Navigate to General configuration > Languages > Edit
3. Change Language to a non-English language(tested Deutsch, italiano) > Submit
4. Navigate to General configuration > Content indexing
5. Rebuild the site index
6. Once reindex completes, click on 'see the audit logs' link

Expected Results

• The Recent activity section should be updated with the latest reindex details
• The audit logs pertaining to reindex should contain an entry for the latest reindex

Actual Results

• The Recent activity section is not updated
• No entry present in the audit logs for the reindex

However, the actual reindex process is successful which can be seen from the logs.

Workaround

Select English as the Confluence Language.
